Young, fun work environment. Get to meet a lot of students from all over the world who are eager to learn english

Cons

The EF Boston based school has no HR department at the school, and very little support from upper management for anyone working as an hourly employee.

A fun company to work for due to the large number of international students and the charismatic staff. Good teaching opportunity for new teachers looking for experience, teachers looking for a part-time job or a summer job to supplement a regular teaching position, or just a place with more flexibility and freedom, and less bureaucracy than a public school.

Cons

Hourly rate for teachers is not competitive with that of a university adjunct.
