face paced, totally international, fun, colleagues who you actually want to sit next to at dinner (or at the office), GREAT mission and programs that change people's lives, stylish offices, emphasis on getting things done over talking about getting things done, constantly challenged by new things- whether that be product/country/organizational

Cons

intense, never seen a strategic plan but doesn't seem to have hurt the company's success

Constant server problems, deductions from employees pay due to company's technical problems with the website; salary is exceptionally low for a job that requires certification; new policy gives additional writing work to teachers for student no shows without additional payment.
