Pros

The best part of my job is definitely the amazing team – everyone is always willing to support each other, and you can rely on your colleagues at any time. Because of that, it’s a pleasure to come into the office every day. Another highlight is the variety of the work: no two days are the same. In marketing, you have the opportunity to express your creativity and continuously develop and implement new projects and ideas. This combination of teamwork, creativity, and variety is what makes working here so special.

Cons

Of course, there are occasional challenges you may encounter at work – which is completely normal. However, EF always makes a strong effort to address them and find solutions that support its employees.

Pros

Amazing people: The colleagues are truly the best part of the company. No matter which office you visit, you’ll find supportive, welcoming people who make the workplace enjoyable. Safe and diverse culture: The company fosters an inclusive environment where people from different backgrounds feel respected, valued, and comfortable being themselves. Many DEIB activities and initiatives take place. Strong work–life balance: EF genuinely supports work–life balance and is very flexible when it comes to personal circumstances. Startup mindset within a large company: Even though EF is a large organization, it maintains a startup-like culture where employees are trusted with meaningful responsibilities from day one. Opportunities to take initiative: If you identify a project or see something that needs to be done, you’re encouraged to raise your hand and take ownership as most of the time you’ll be given the chance to run with it. Great mobility and career development: Beyond promotions, lateral moves are strongly encouraged. I’ve personally worked across several EF businesses and locations, and the company’s size makes it easy to explore new opportunities and grow your career. Travel opportunities: Many roles offer the chance to travel frequently, which is something I personally really enjoy. Fun and employee-driven activities: There are regular social activities organized across offices, and employees are also encouraged to propose their own. For example, I’m passionate about padel and was able to organize competitions for colleagues.

Cons

Constant change: The company evolves quickly and frequently. If you enjoy dynamic environments this is exciting, but if you prefer stability and routine, it might be challenging. Processes can improve, but your voice matters: We’re not always perfect when it comes to processes, but employees are encouraged to improve them. From day one you have a seat at the table and your ideas and initiatives are genuinely valued.
