Prior to Covid, we had a traditional 5 days in policy for our office-based staff. After Covid, our return to office plan evolved over several years from remote permitted, 2 days in, 3 days in and now 4 days in. This is rooted in our commitment to in-person collaboration within our vibrant workspaces whenever possible. We know that change doesn’t work for everyone.
