Très peu d'avantage à cet emploi

Cons

Il est demandé au préparateur de commande toujours plus de "productivité". Celle ci est mesurée à l'aide d'une outil informatique contrôlant le nombre d'articles scanné chaque heure. Cela est aussi le cas pour les livraisons avec la machine à votre poignée qui clignote au bout de 5min si le client n'est pas livré. La formation est maigre et l'intégration à l'entreprise largement insuffisante. On demande beaucoup aux préparateurs qui ne reçoivent que peu en retour.
