      Great co-workers and they attempt to make the culture and activities fun

      Cons

      management change every six months. New leadership coming in from California and they are replacing with A2 employees with remote workers and California

      Pros

      Working at Duo has made me realize how inefficient my previous workplace was. Even though Duo is still trying to establish many processes as it grows, at least there are proper mechanisms in place to ensure that each employee is heard and not ignored. That is the most important aspect in a workplace for me. My fellow coworkers are kind and helpful and welcoming. The office in Ann Arbor has lots of windows to let the sunshine in (gotta get that Vitamin D!). Also, the benefits are amazing for a Midwestern company.

      - onboarding/training could use much improvement (organization, streamlining)

      What I really like about Duo is the diverse and collaborative mix of young professionals and seasoned veterans who are more than happy to help fellow teammates achieve their personal and professional goals.
