      Good working environment, sustainability, equal opportunity and inclusive. Result oriented with very good recognition for teams and individuals. Provide innovative solutions and appreciates the out of the box thinking

      Extremely dynamic and ever changing, policies, strategies and directions are sometimes too much forward looking which may result in loss of potential opportunities

      Pros

      Many opportunities to work on large impactful projects. Strong safety culture that is real, not just words.

      Cons

      Same as most large companies. Ether things are changing in ways that you don't have control (M&A activity for instance) OR things are NOT changing when you wish they would. Go figure. Specifics of the work environment can vary depending on department and location.

      Pros

      -Competitive salary -Great corperate strategy -Work with some of the best and brightest in the industry -Very open and communicative corperate culture. Great communication at all levels. -Safety. Dow has one of the best safety programs in the industry with process safety pemployees involved in a wide range of international consortiums etc.

      Cons

      -Performance review methodology causes significant angst amongst employees. Forces people into a ranked system with capped quantities of employees allowed in each rank. Quite subjective and depending on how good of a leader you have, could result in questionable rankings.
