How much energy do you have? You will require all of it to maintain your job for an entire career. Co-workers were great, a lot of collaboration across departments. High emphasis on safety
Cons
They want all of your life. Don't even think about work life balance. Back in the day, benefits were much better and worth sticking it out but there's no guarantee of that happening. Restructurings happen every 3 - 5 yrs. The new 'pension' plan adopted in 2008 accrues imaginary points (not dollars) that will be valued... later. Projects were often fast tracked to the point of failure.
