Benefits, RhCap, 401K and somewhat competitive wages

Cons

Too many layers of leadership. Does not take into consideration the people down the chain that makes THEM the money and keeps the plants running. Corporate Greed is very visible on their decisions they make. Outsourcing to IBM has proven to be the worst decision yet at the cost of many jobs lost from US to India and horrible service from IBM.

So called "Flat org" with multi layer hierarchy !! Antique operating system... Flex timing, work from home etc just buzz words (Privileges of a few). No people growth plans No solid pipeline programs
