      A Pretty Good Place to Work

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities if you apply yourself. The pay and benefits are good. Safety is a high priority. The culture in most plants is comfortable.

      Cons

      Most of the large locations in the US and their headquarters location, are not places you would prefer to live (Midland, MI; Freeport, TX, etc.). There are too many "Global Leader" level people, and most have no business being there. Majority of employees have no confidence in the CEO.

      Pros

      The company is a paper tiger the procedures are good. It is a good place to learn how to deal with stress.

      Cons

      They tend to give you more work than you can perform, and when you do the work it just encourages the overload.

      If you know the right people and are connected, you will survive at this company, if you do not, then do not expect to go far

      Cons

      Too political, more about who you know to move ahead, too much self promotion, too focused on process, critical thinking is discouraged
