      Pros

      A good company to work for. Gives lot of independence and flexibility to do your work. Very employee friendly. Good work-life balance and safe work environment

      Cons

      Everybody drives their own agenda including leaders so little support from leaders to advance your career. Overemphasis on networking and little recognition to quality work.

      Pros

      Decent pay but you get that at most chemical companies. Actually much lower than most in our area.

      Cons

      Terrible management full of bullies. Constantly threatened with discipline or termination if you make a mistake. You feel more like a number than an employee. They expect you to work countless hours of overtime and holidays while they constantly take off to be with their families. Tons of paperwork and red tape. Lots of meetings that could have been emails.
