      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Health insurance is excellent. Work isn't too hard. I enjoyed working with my coworkers. There are opportunities for advancement if you are young and white.

      Cons

      Way too much overtime. Have to work holidays. They are racist. Management is on your back all of the time. Have to put up with lots of bs. Filling out stupid forms. Entering stuff in computer. Going to safety meetings. Favoritism. Gossip. Swing shift.
