      Pros

      Management allows lots of independence, but is there when you need support. Most of the people are very good to work with.

      Cons

      Company cutbacks have led to increased workload for employees remaining behind. Work life can be stressful at times.

      Chances to move to other roles and gain good broad chemical experience. great people working there. Good benefits. One of the few remaining chemical manufacturers inSouth Wales

      Cons

      May not be the same with Dow as new owner as jobs roles are more " pure" and benefits may be changed from Jan 2017

      Pros

      With good work ethic and some ambition, there are many opportunities to do different things and take on bigger responsibilities. You'll get slightly bigger and faster raises.

      Cons

      Others get away with mediocre work ethic that brings down entire groups, and management does little to nothing about it. On the other hand, don't over-exceed or you'll quickly feel the diminishing return.
