      Spent 17 years at this wonderful company. Much recommended- a true family company Very good for young engineers or anyone at any stage of their careers

      Cons

      Management has unfortunately become obsessed with DEI initiatives rather than focusing on employee performance. Hiring, layoffs and promotions are all motivated by DEI considerations.
