      -Work-life balance great for young family -non-monetary benefits are some of best in industry -safety culture is good

      Cons

      -base pay and bonus structure doesn't actually reward performance -base pay is on the middle/lower end of industry -decision making at more of a global/technology scale often drives efficiency way down -DEI is pushed on all employees way to often

      Pros

      Honestly a good company, laid back no Supervisor's watching you. Pay and benefits are nice. Get your work done and be ready for the next day.

      Cons

      The actual good people always leave, there are people who are getting hired that shouldn't been hired in the first place and they continue to have those folks stick around when they don't even know the basics!!!! How hard is it to hire competent people especially the interns. Listen to us!!
