Lots of opportunities, people are willing to help, you have pretty good control on your next role within the company, safety is a top priority

Cons

No large increases in compensation. The performance ranking is not always done by your direct supervisor but your 2nd level leader so it doesn't always match the feedback you received throughout the year

Flexibility -9-80 work schedule, good people to work with, Internal training is good.

Cons

Pay is average to bad, forced ranking yearly is not helpful to the employee. Leaders should have the option to give a performance review without forced ranking to avoid mixed signals.
