Pros

People will help. Training available for most roles. Work processes exist to follow to help in role. Most roles have a promotion criteria

Cons

Too bureaucratic. Not willing to pay people for their efforts. Trying to force rank employees and this is running off too many people and preventing good people to try people leadership roles.

The people are great. THere are several opportunities for advancement, you just have to make sure that you are well versed in the company's main goals. A lot of the employees have been there for a very long time, which I think is a plus!

Cons

It seems like your always working. You hand is constantly glued to your blackberry. While there is a balance of work-family life, sometimes its hard to differintiate the two.
