Pros

The people are great. THere are several opportunities for advancement, you just have to make sure that you are well versed in the company's main goals. A lot of the employees have been there for a very long time, which I think is a plus!

Cons

It seems like your always working. You hand is constantly glued to your blackberry. While there is a balance of work-family life, sometimes its hard to differintiate the two.

Cons

Focus on cost control, unusual operational structure at site level. Not unusually for a publicly owned company possibly too focused on short term earnings; a longer view would be helpful but again, par for the course.
