Pros

If you have any common sense you are ahead of the curve at Dow. Most leaders never worked any where else. Lots of training using industry best practices.

Cons

Slow to do anything, managers cant make decisions, paralysis by analysis is a big weakness. In many cases strategy changes at point of implementation.

Benefits, vacation, personal development, ease of changing roles within company. Since Dow doesn't pay top notch, you'll rarely find a vampire in the company.

Cons

Average salary, promotes from within company, many many layers of work processes, locations for manufacturing. Every company has bad leaders it seems. Dow has its share.
