      Pros

      - Work Life balance processes in place - Pay is in the higher band - Job role is more generic. Helps in transitioning to other departments.

      Cons

      - Work life balance processes are interpreted by Human managers. Differs across different managers / leaders. - Pay being in the higher band makes switching jobs difficult. - Being vaguely defined, your performance is completely upto the Supervisor to interpret.

      Pros

      They have decent pay. There are good people to work with. On site cafe. Nice walking trail. Very easy job to do.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for employee growth. Poor break policy. Say they care about employees, but it seems they don't. Constant downsizing. They care more about the "appearance" of safety, not true safety.
