      Pros

      Good opportunities to learn a variety of roles. Global locations, so it is possible to experience different geographies. Overall a good experience

      Cons

      When I was ROI'd and began looking for a new position I quickly realized how under paid I was. There were several job transitions where I moved to another role and was promised a promotion that never materialized.

      Pros

      The largest pro would be the huge career oppurtunities presented in due time, give the vast size of the firm. Also there is decent work-life balance and satisfactory compensation (even above market average).

      Cons

      The only thing that could be considered as cons would be that a lot of times, micro-politics played a larger role for somebody's promotion, compared to the actual value that the individual could add to the company.
