      Large Company, lots of opportunities, constant ability to meet people in different functions/geographies

      Cons

      Very siloed org, if you don't actively reach out to other groups, you can get stuck. Management visibility can be difficult. Goal setting/reviews are very arbitrary and can be not valuable to employees.

      Decent pay, hard working team members on the professional level

      Cons

      A lot of politics. Senior Management reinvents itself every year. No long term goals or plans. Employee development non existent. Destructive evaluation system that destroys team work and makes everyone suspicious of each other. No personal time as it is the Dow policy to do more with less.
