      Pros

      Great place for a permanent professional job, you'll work very hard and it won't always be super fun but you will learn a ton and work with very skilled co-workers.

      Cons

      Same thing that effects many large corporations - occasional re-organizations and down-sizing. Also stress related to deadlines and work load, but you get this with most very good paying jobs so it's too be expected.
