4 ten hour days in are work week with the option to work Fridays most of the time if you want some over time.

Cons

Lots of pressure because of so many polices in place around doing hands on work.

Interesting multicultural and stimulating environment. Good career opportunities. The management pays attention to employees needs. You have the opportunity to learn a lot, working here.

Cons

There is nothing seriously negative to report. Maybe the training could be organized a bit better, but in the end it's ok.

Pros

Company culture and values are fantastic. You will find a very respectful and friendly work environment. The company is making some huge investments that will make Dow even stronger in the future.

Cons

The trade off of having a great work life balance is that promotions come at a slower pace. We have a internal job posting system very well designed but very often they are filled without a real competition. Office politics is strong too.
