      Very organized and structured company with safety as primary focus.

      Cons

      Most of the company location are far from the city. Long commute, little far from the city.

      Welcoming culture...exhausting restructuring

      Pros

      The Dow culture is very welcoming. People are willing to help each other out. Young engineers are given wide latitude to make decisions and impact the bottom line. Lots of opportunities to changes roles and locations.

      Cons

      It feels like Dow has been in a constant state of restructuring for many years. Layoffs are common which causes anxiety at all levels. Management doesn't seem to have a clear future path for the company.
