      Pros

      Pay is at or above industry average for many occupations. Many networking opportunities from across a variety of functions.

      Cons

      No opportunities for training from external sources. Time-based promotions and over-saturation of contractors and consultants in the workforce makes building bonds with coworkers very difficult.
