      Low pay for work , Benefits dont kick in till after 2yrs bascially, Group leaders think since their pay is higher theyre better than you, and dosent have tk put in the equal amount of work. Rotating shifts

      - great benefits - great career opportunities, they train you well and help you plan out a career path - diversity and inclusion. with so many offices around the world, you get to interact with different nationalities, cultures, and personalities that you are sure to grow with and learn from - CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY :)

      Good benefits Great freedom Only work in your business area, while all the development work is being done by Accenture. Lot of work from home

      Cons

      Accenture folks doesn't cooperate much beyond certain point. Old time management style. Very very distributed man power.
