Salaries are decent, by comparison to other plants. Very safe work environment, and it is expected that all safety rules are followed.

Cons

Traffic trying to get to DOW LAO from Baton Rouge or Lafayette area is awful. With the uber-safe work environment, comes plenty of policies, procedures and expectations.
