Most of the time it’s laid back at work. No bosses hounding you all the time. Get your work done and you’re good.

Cons

Slackers seem to stay and the good ones continue to leave because of it. This company is slowly breaking the foundation away from under itself. They continue to let bad operators hang around ruining it for everyone.
