There are great leaders who develop your career. work-life balance is great. The Seadrift area is not the most exciting place for young people

Cons

I had a bad leader my first few years and it really limited my ability to grow/expand my career opportunities. While i loved my job I didn't love my career. I did get an amazing leader towards the end, but by then I had already found another opportunity. Pay is a bit subpar compared to the oil and gas
