      Employees are great. Managers are jerks who think they are better than employees

      Pros

      Great employees who like each other and try to help and look out for each other

      Cons

      Management has their own agenda, make money at all cost. Do not care about employees. If management is questioned about something or put in an awkward position or called out they get mad and fire employee. Moral of working employees low.
