Dow apprenticeship program paid for the rest of my school. It got my foot in the door to career path that is hard to break into if you don't know anyone. Great benefits. Lots of opportunity to move up and around within the company. lots of overtime opportunity as well

12 hr shift work. Lots of overtime.
