Great at providing goals to employees, benefits are excellent, mandatory employee meetings were uplifting and necessary, training was adequate, it's a respected company with high expectations of their employees/staff.

Cons

The hours were long and got ridiculous most weeks. The way the management interacted with employees was often condescending. I worked over 40 hours a week for a year before I was given full-time benefits.

Not great hours...schedule changes every week and you don't know until two days before. Money has been ok but can be better if sales do their job.
