Great boutique hotel , great architecture , technology , vibe. Perfect location in the middle of Chicago Loop.

Constant movement and progress. A lot of new , revolutionary technologies and ideas.

Cons

Very poor accounting practices - virtually chaos .PO system and Capex processes doesn't work and creates huge obstacles for operations.

Training of Hilton's Culture is very complete and helpful. Hotel guests are treated with respect and every detail of hospitality important. Being employed by a worldwide organization opens up exposure to many cultures and diversity bringing personal growth.

Cons

No off days for holidays because that is when the hotel is very busy. Being flexible with days off is helpful.
