Pros

hard working hourly staff that is very friendly, they do all of the work and keep the hotel's business model alive

Cons

food and beverage managers are weak (excluding banquets), quick to leave the building, removed managers to save money i.e. no front desk, asst. banquet or housekeeping managers anymore, don't take suggestions from hourly staff and restaurant kitchen has been for over a year incapable of delivering one night w/o some sort of mistakes

They are very fridenly and polite...It also makes you feel like you are apart of a team.Its like a family.Plus,meeting new people from different parts of life is also a big bonus.

Cons

Sometimes rush hour can be a bit diffcult but at the end of the day it is all worth it.

You can always find hours in other departmengs. Usually can get over time as well.

Cons

Nobody cares about their job, including management. Management is not supportive of employees. Raises do not exist. The clientele is mostly trashy. The best employees are treated poorly and the bad employees are praised when they do something right for once.
