Awesome team member benefits. Hilton work culture and OnQ/Training is great.

Cons

Nepotism as well as cronyism is a huge problem for particular franchise/ hotel hidden by last names.

Great company to grow in and make connections. Food service industry is very profitable as a server during peak seasons, but of course we struggle during slow times. You make great connections with repeat guests and build relationships.

Cons

Very unorganized and inconsistent with policies. Don't discipline tenured employees when needed.
