Pros

Good place for upward mobility, to a certain point. Good benefits, health, 401k, company discounts etc. I love working with people. A good place to learn multi-department management.

Cons

Hospitality is inherently gossipy and sometimes customer service is exhausting. It is easy to get lost in the mix in a large corporation like this.

Decent pay with good co workers and a great work environment. The work days are not too difficult. They also give you dinner.

Cons

The schedule is absolute chaos. Different every week. So you literally never work the same days or the same hours.
