Hostile working environment and no clear direction or management when it came to the dining room, consistently expected to do my job as well as others and was belittled when unable to complete both, was belittled in front of coworkers as a joke by mutiple managers and leads, no neurodivergence accommodations, no upward mobility, stagnation, an atmosphere of mistrust and deception among coworkers, and overall unpleasant experience
