Pay and benefits were good.
Cons
Excessive turnover. Starting pay for hourly associates does not attrack quality talent. Executive team talks about a family environment and a job for life. The do not walk the talk. The tools needed to be successful are not provided. Maintenance is non existent. Morale is very hard to maintain at store manager position.
