Constent growth, lots of work to keep you busy, and always changing. No real cuture, so anything goes. Got an idea, they will by it!
Cons
Worst work-life balance as DMs work 6 days a week. Divisional managers always looking for a "silver bullet". No level of trust. Poor onboarding; payroll is not allowed to properly train managers and store staff. DMs are expected to make up the lack of labor in the stores. They are told to "live there". Store staffing is impossible with constent turn. Very poor rates of pay to recruit and hire top talent. Store managers are expected to work 6 days a week. Labor model will not work if SM and DM are not working 6 days every week and sometimes 7.
