Absolutely no work life balance, mandatory six days a week. Vacation time well below average. Unrealistic expectations, organization seems to be more about money than the well being and care about REAL work environment. Blinders on with respect to upper leadership.

Hard work with ridiculously small payroll budgets. Staffing guidelines not enough to properly run stores. Cut throat senior management that cares nothing about employees. No matter how hard you work or how much you accomplish it is never enough. Can terminate for any reason even if the reports show conflicting data. Everyone is always setup for failure even if they say otherwise. Worked for company for 8 years and terminated for bogus reasons. Data presented during termination conflicts with all reports. Systems slow and outdated making hard to perform job effectively. However, still not excuse for failure to complete projects timely.
