Pros

Company with great products, good locations and beautiful ideas, designer really love their company, have lots of new ideas and do lots of efforts to take it to the next level.

Cons

Management priority is sadly not to motivate nor stimulate the team members, more divide them in an eternal game of winching and gossip. Trainings are only partially organised. The company has a long way to grow. As long as some of the senior management doesn't have the right experience and wide view a manager should have in order to inspire and lead a team to success...this will be a difficult task to complete.
