      If not within the Uruguayan circle forget about salary increment. When they no longer want you they give you a poor performance so that they replace you with a spanish speaking person who also speak English. You work across timezones and you expected to support LATAM EMEA timezones They operate more like a startup and really not organized. If the manager dont like you then rest assured your contract is ending soon. They dismiss you like you have never worked for them before.

      great environment, everyone is very approachable and accesible from peers to the C-level. Working with people from different cultures is amazing. You get to work in a fast paced environment, by set goals and flexibility
