Pros

Discover Card offers great flexibility making it an ideal job for working around changing school schedules and other situations. Offers good opportunity for advancement and bonuses.

Cons

Phone work can be hard and can get tedious. Inbound calls are not too bad, but calling out to existing customers can wear on you after a while.

Pros

Nimble change ability for key initiatives, overall strong employee engagement, strong alignment to the customer experience.

Cons

Work/life balance. Heavy-reliance on IT -- as a marketer you must be able to communicate from a technology perspective in order to get initiatives done (high learning curve). Achronym-heavy.
