The health/retirement benefits were good. The base salary paid above average.

Cons

No work life balance and very little room for growth. It's a typical corporate environment if you don't like that type workplace then you will not be happy. If you can go with the flow you will be fine.

Pros

Great place to work! The culture at DFS is fantastic as are the people that work there. The company really gets the work/life balance and does whatever they can to make sure you aren't working yourself to death. The career advancement potential is huge. The benefits are hard to beat.

Cons

Once you're in you're ability to grow your income levels are drastically reduced. However, If you're coming in as an external employee with an MBA they are very competitive.
