Pros

Work/life balance is very strong, the offices are mostly empty by 5:30. The PTO program is wonderful. Office politics are at a minimum vs. other companies I've worked for, which makes for a pleasant work enivironment.

Cons

Some complain that it is not a performance culture, however I disagree, I think there is balance between performers and non-performers. Organizations with too many strong performers can have a tough, cut-throat feel.

Pros

The benefits are some of the best in the industry. The people I worked with were results oriented and worked well as a team. My supervisor was fair and objective.

Cons

My position was impacted (eliminated) by a restructuring. The corporate culture is geared more towards younger people. More restructurings will likely occur in order to control expenses.
