Great pay & benefits Amazing work/life balance can be achieve both through scheduling, PTO, time off policies and work from home Comprehensive training and coaching Customer centric and focused Diversity, equity and inclusion is a big focus

Cons

Merger shifted priorities of company to be less people centric and more money centric Merger caused those who worked from home to relocate to office despite long commute times and lack of communication Company values not held to the same importance at higher levels of management

Discover is flexible in terms of hours and it is a good opportunity for college students especially since the position is remote.

Cons

They expect you to take calls back to back which doesn't sound stressful at all but i promise you it is a mental game.
