The company has revoked flexible work arrangements for Chicago based employees. Promotions have been stopped. Instead promotions are listed as new openings that an employee must post for. So much for rewarding outstanding work. Why work for a company whose vacation policy, remote work policy, pay scale, promotion system, and bonus incentives are standard or sub-par to other area companies? There are over 12 opening a in my department that continue to go unfilled. More with less is the mantra here.if you’d like to work more hours for less pay without any chance of being recognized and promoted for your work, this is the spot for you
