      - amazing brands - lots of great people - challenging interesting work - training opps

      Cons

      - too focused on process, with lots of people just having a job on that. Only. - people managers can be woefully bad, even with lots of support and training on offer - lack of authenticity - what the leadership say and do are very different things - they say they are great payers, but really aren't

      Lots of restructuring going on that is disruptive to the Organization. People with many years of knowledge and experience in the industry can be retrenched.
