      Pros

      great brands and great people. Lots of opportunities to grow and travel. Work life balance was important. Great leadership tools to use and grow experience.

      Cons

      Too many changes especially in the final years. Structure would be changing every 12-15 months so little time to get beyond the forming stage before more change came down the line. Short term fixes to satisfy shareholders rather than building for sustainable growth strategy seems to be coming the norm. . HR is very much outsourced...very shallow compared to previous. Progress I guess. Shut down lots of regional hubs and a lot of delayering going on so advancement to senior management can be difficult.

      Pros

      I like the company values and the brilliant relationship you can have with colleagues. Open and accepting culture.

      Cons

      Besides you can have tremendous amount of responsibility, sometimes too much. Also the great relationship with your colleagues could easily affect your work life balance: you may spend more time in especially beacuose of the bar then at home or with your mates
